The CPM‑100 G3U delivers a complete in-house labelling solution, integrating thermal transfer print technology with a free-shape cutting plotter in one compact unit. It enables businesses to produce multi-color labels and signs, including barcodes, QR codes, logos, and custom artwork—all with contour cut capability to any shape or border requirement.

With a print resolution of 203 dpi, the output is sharp and suitable for detailed graphics. The print width is up to 4 inches, and it supports label lengths up to nearly 79 inches—making it practical for large signs or multiple small labels in one go. It includes MAX’s Bepop PC‑EX software, offering over 1,400 pre-loaded symbols and templates, plus the ability to link variable data via CSV database connection, enabling serialization, batch numbering, and dynamic content.

This unit is USB 2.0-connected, runs on standard AC 100–240 V, and operates in ambient temperatures between 10–35 °C with humidity up to 80%, non-condensing. It’s built for industrial use but compact and user-friendly, weighing around 19.8 lbs (approx. 9 kg) and measuring approximately 12.4" × 12.8" × 12". The cutter supports 4.7 in/sec cutting speed, enabling free-shape labels quickly. It’s commonly used for ANSI/OSHA signage, pipe marking, 5S/Kanban labels, asset tags, and safety notices.
