Our full-featured smart parking systems start with an Entry Lane, which may contain, an Entry Box that will print tickets, accept passes or request a credit card encrypted token to start the parking session. Monthly Parkers may present an access credential to open the barrier gate. This access credential may be on the Entry Box or on a separate Access Control Pedestal. All data from the Entry Lane is communicated to EASE, the Parking Management Software, which allows viewing of real-time vehicles in the lot, total usage of each device and reporting on tickets issued, revenue, length of stay, access card usage, and more.
When a Parker is ready to leave the parking area, he may pay at the walk-up parking payment machine (unattended or attended) or at the in lane exit station. The unattended parking machines may be configured to accept credit, bill, coins and tokens. Additionally “Big Blue” has the option to provide change by bills and coins. User-friendly touch-screens enhance usability. Our parking study has been used to inform our designs, which means larger, more prominently placed pictograms and a more user-friendly experience for your Parkers!
